Eats Lately

As promised, here is what I have been eating lately!  As I was compiling these pictures, I was thinking…hmmm, this is pretty boring.  I tend to eat such simple food (and the same thing over and over again).  But such is life when you’re counting macros.  I don’t make a lot of recipes, but instead I just cook things separately (carb, protein, veggies) that I can throw together into meals.  Hopefully it’s not boring for you to read!  Here is what I’ve been eating: Breakfast Ezekiel toast with almond butter // Applegate turkey bacon // Blueberries I love Ezekiel toast and almond butter.  Another breakfast I have been having is Ezekiel toast with almond butter and a green smoothie.  I […]

Stronger U Diet Update + Food Diary

I’ve had tons of requests for an update on the Stronger U diet I have been following, so let’s get into it.  You can see my other posts about Stronger U HERE and HERE. Happy Monday! Sorry for the lack of posts.  I was on vacation in Hawaii, and I had one blog post planned for while I was there (my favs from Boem, you can see HERE).  I planned to be back to regularly scheduled programming last week, but if you follow me on Instagram I’m sure you saw that we had a scare with my dog of 15 years, Marley.  I ended up flying home early from Hawaii and cancelling a work trip to Atlanta because of it, so mentally I was just not in a place to be creative or even think about the blog.  I barely had the energy for work at the store.  I was horribly jet lagged when […]

My Favorite Smoothie Recipe
