Happy Monday!  I hope you had a nice weekend.  Mine was SUPER chill, I virtually did nothing and loved it (I feel like I say that every week).  I did go to the lake on Saturday and visited my grandma on Sunday with my family, but other than that I laid low and was in bed by 10 PM all weekend. Stronger U Q&A

Today I’m sharing with you a little more about the Stronger U diet, and why I chose to go this route.  I also have a Q&A with my coach to answer questions you may have! Katie Dress + Random thoughts

Happy Monday!  Did everyone have a nice weekend??  Lance and I went camping and kept our phones off the whole time and it was SO nice.  Honestly, not having our phones was the best part.  It’s amazing how tied we are to them (or I am at least) and how distracting they are.  I was amazed at how easy it was to not use them at all when it wasn’t an option. Eats Lately

I shared my typical, weekly grocery haul from Trader Joe’s on Monday (you can read HERE), so today I wanted to tell you some things I eat in a typical week!
