We’re Going Vegan

Happy Friday!  I’ve mentioned that Lance and I decided to go vegan for January, so I wanted to elaborate on why we decided to do this, share my initial grocery haul, show you what I’ve been eating, and share my thoughts on the first full week! Our House: Before

Happy Friday!  I was hoping to have my grocery haul ready for you today, but I’m trying to up my photo game in that area, so I’ll have it for you NEXT Friday!  Just to give you a little review: I’m on day 4 of vegan and it’s going great!  I really enjoy this type of food.  It all feels very fresh and healthy.  I haven’t been hungry, but I have been getting a headache at night, and I really believe I’m going through a sugar detox.  Sure, I’m eating fruit and even a little dark chocolate, but I have cut back my wine significantly, and in December I was popping these Trader Joe’s toffees like they were carrot sticks!  […]

Favorite Buys of 2017
