Today I’m sharing with you a little more about the Stronger U diet, and why I chose to go this route.  I also have a Q&A with my coach to answer questions you may have! Eats Lately

I shared my typical, weekly grocery haul from Trader Joe’s on Monday (you can read HERE), so today I wanted to tell you some things I eat in a typical week!
