Alo Yoga Bra // Leggings Happy Friday! I thought you might enjoy reading about my fitness journey, my current fitness routine, and my general thoughts on fitness. I played soccer in middle and high school, but I wasn’t very good at it or serious about it. When I was in college, all I can remember doing for fitness were long power walks with my girlfriends and maybe the elliptical machine for 30 minutes on occasion.
